We also routinely perform door-to-door lock checks, review rental agreements for completeness of information and review concessions given for appropriateness. Petty cash and change funds are also audited, and a facility check for maintenance and cleanliness are also conducted. Additionally, all facility management teams are required to send a brief e-mail to the home/regional office DAILY to provide a quick overview of daily operations.
